If I could give 10 stars, I would! Working with Davila Construction has been amazing and made our life so easy! We got in touch with Chris and Luis after the hail storm in March and Luis was able to come to our house the next day and he found pretty extensive damage. When the insurance adjuster came out a few days later, both Luis and Chris came out and walked around the property with him to make sure nothing was missed. From the start of this process, they treated our home as if it was their own with the utmost care and respect.After hearing from the insurance company, we learned that there were portions of our roof that would not be covered by insurance. Chris and Luis fought for us and insurance actually covered more than they initially stated which was a huge relief! This was one of many instances where they went the extra mile for us!When the day came to replace the roof, Chris, Luis, and their crew were right on time and got rolling right away. As they took apart the old roof, they found pretty extensive damage as a result of the old roof not being installed well. They documented everything and made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. At no point did we ever feel like we were in the dark.After each day of work, everything was cleaned up and we never found any debris in the yard. Luis was also incredibly kind to show us and explain everything that they found and how they were fixing it.Once everything was completed, Luis and Chris offered to take us up to the roof and show us the finished product and it was amazing! There was so much care in even the smallest details and the beautiful part is that they were able to get insurance to cover nearly everything!Every part of working with these guys was amazing and easy but above all, Chris, Luis and their crew are just incredible people that always have a smile on their face and are so easy to get along with!We cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely be calling them with any future projects!Do yourself a favor and choose these guys! You won’t regret it!

We needed a roof replaced, some leaks addressed and new gutters. Davila Construction came in and provided a reasonable quote, walked us through all of the potential challenges to ensure we were fully aware of any risks and had constant communication. As we moved forward, they were quick to communicate any issues or wins that were encountered, worked with our schedule and paid deep attention to detail, ensuring a quality job.

Luis and his team came out immediately to check out our roof and give an estimate with detailed photos. A couple days later the roof was fixed. Had an issue in a separate spot after the next storm and they did touch ups to a different spot for free. Next storm came and the inside of our house was dry. So thankful and will use them for all roofing projects going forward. 10/10

We hired Davila Construction to do gutter cleaning and repairs. They were incredibly thorough and professional, and we will definitely be hiring them again. They scraped clean all our gutters, resealed several leaking spots, installed a new gutter downspout, and repositioned several poorly installed gutters, all in a single day. They also disposed of any and all waste from the job, leaving the property extremely clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to work with, and we knew exactly the nature of the job from their detailed original quote, which came with pictures. We look forward to working with them again.
