unbelievable customer service, had my entire roof done in a day, worked directly with insurance smooth as can be, communication with Chris was top tier, if you don’t go with these guys you’re making a mistake!!!

Chris and his crew did an excellent job with extensive repair to a whole exterior wall which had much water damage from a faulty roof and gutter. The framing of the wall had mostly rotted. They removed all of the siding, restored the framing of the wall and around two windows, repaired the gutter, installed gutter guards, replaced the siding and repainted the wall. Their work was very thorough and high quality. It was done very timely with very little disruption. The price was reasonable and very close to the original estimate even with the surprise rot underneath the siding. Chris communicated very well during the whole process and kept us updated as needed. They took great pride in how well they were able to restore this severely damaged wall and guaranteed it would not happen again.

Chris and the guys showed up a day early. They were professional, careful of the premises, and a pleasure to do business with in every sense of the word. They cleaned our gutters, used detergent on the roof, cleaned the sides of the house, cleaned our dormers, and pressure washed the brick sidewalk, front porch and patio. When I say “cleaned” they use a non-pressure process to eliminate mold and grime which is much easier on the roof and outside surfaces. It looks great. The patio looks new again after they pressure washed it. They even cleaned the roof of our shed (which was not part of the contract) so that those shingles would match the house shingles after cleaning. We have them scheduled to do some painting for us and I have every confidence that we’ll see the same excellent results. I cannot say enough about them. Chris and his crew replaced my old deck and did a fantastic job. They showed up on schedule and removed the old deck in less than 2 hours and immediately began building the new one. They were careful yet fast and efficient and cleaned up the site completely. I’m enjoying my new deck and I highly recommend these guys!!

Chris responded right when we called. Professional quote, we agreed. The next week, he would text to let us know when he was coming to repair gutters. Found some other issues and helped us out with those. Cleaned up each time they came. We will use them again for sure.

Chris is super reliable and trustworthy! You know he will do a good job. Whenever I contact him he’s very quick to respond and he always works me in within a couple of days. The last time a I contacted him he was here later the same day! I’m so grateful to be able to count on him!!!

Chris and crew did a terrific job applying gutter guards and cleaning gutters. He is very detail oriented and noticed a tile on my roof that was about to fly loose. He secured it with a nail. They cleaned up after the job neatly which is very important due to the amount of screws and debris that can accumulate during this job. I will definitely be using this company every year for roof cleaning/inspection/pressure washing.

This company really wants to satisfy the customer, and take pride in doing so. Chris was always available to take our phone calls even after hours, and very informative about roofing. I would recommend Davila Construction L.L.C. to anyone that not only needs a roof, but also guttering. I am pleases that they took pictures of the entire process. We where very pleased with the end results. I can truly say they went that extra mile. I particularly liked they did a walk around at the end of the job, to make sure everything was satisfactory.
